Habits that are taking you to death

  Some of the everyday tasks that are slowly taking us to the brink of death

 From waking up in the morning to going to bed at night, we do hundreds of things 24 hours a day, many of which are part of our routine and we don't think it's our business.  Whether they are good for our health or not, we continue to practice them. Today we will tell you about some of these habits which are seemingly harmless but are slowly taking us to the brink of death.



 1: Watching TV

 Watching TV in general is a cheap and comfortable form of entertainment that everyone in a small or large household can get into the habit of watching - but according to experts, people who watch TV for three hours a day, 24 hours a day,

 2: Eating without hunger


       Usually most people have a habit of eating something so sometimes they take snacks, sometimes they have soft drinks to digest and so it is time for the next meal.  Doing so on the one hand increases the weight of people due to untimely eating increases their cholesterol as well as increases their chances of suffering from diabetes, heart disease which makes them  It can even push the mouth of death.



 3: Crushing of the neck bones

       Most people have a habit of cracking the bones of their neck and do this six to seven times a day - but they are unaware that the neck is a very delicate part of the human body and thus the bones.  Chatkhana can cause severe damage to the neck bone which can lead to fractures and even death.



 4: Cutting nails with teeth

       Most people start biting their nails with their teeth when they are in a state of anxiety or during brain work. It is a bad habit but it can also lead to death - as we all know nowadays.  Coronavirus is contagious, so it is recommended to wash your hands frequently, but people with this habit put their fingernails in their mouths from time to time, which increases the chances of Coronavirus and other germs entering the human body.  Which can cause death.

 5: Use more drugs

      Self-medication is a very dangerous procedure but most people are accustomed to doing it and take painkillers in case of minor pain which can cause stomach ulcers as well as kidney problems. 

 6: Wasteful spending

 Wasteful spending can also be a cause of death for a person because of this habit, a person spreads his expenses beyond his cloak and is burdened with debt - which leads to mental stress and this stress.  He suffers from many dangerous diseases and dies.
